One of the key advantages: the VSM® system saves between 36% and 50% energy compared to conventional vacuum systems – equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of an average four-person household. This is made possible by compact vacuum pumps, energy-efficient impulse sealing, and the elimination of fresh water for cooling. No preheating or continuously heated plates are required, reducing energy consumption while simultaneously increasing machine availability.
